How do I track my order?
You should have received tracking info when your order shipped, however, if you have any issues just email info@bostonsnapbackcompany.com and we will provide you with the tracking information.
 
Where does Boston Snapback Company ship?
Boston Snapback Company ships within the US and Canada, as well as internationally.
 
When should I expect my order to arrive?
United States: 1-3 days after shipment
Canada: 7-12 days after shipment
International: 10-18 days after shipment
  
*Please expect a slight delay during holiday season.
 
When will my order be shipped?
Orders generally ship within 3 days after the order was placed.
 
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
You may change or cancel your order before we ship it out. Once you receive a tracking number for your order, your order cannot be modified. For changes or cancellations, shoot an email to sales@bostonsnapbackcompany.com and we’ll do what we can to help you.
 
What if my order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
Once orders get into the hands of the courier, it is in their hands. Keep up with the tracking information and if there’s an error in delivery, contact USPS at 800-275-8777 to file a claim, then let us know.

How do I determine which size fits best?
Check out the sizing chart at the bottom of each product page. Most of the clothing runs true to size, so if you want more of a loose/relaxed fit, size up.
  
Do you make youth sizes?
Yup! Check them out HERE.
 
What are the care instructions for the clothing?
The clothing usually shrinks a little, so wash on gentle cycle, inside out, on the cold setting, and with similar colors. Hanging and air drying is ideal, as heated tumble drying shrinks the cotton fibers and fades graphics over time, but if you must, use the gentle tumble cycle and colder air if possible.
 
What are the care instructions for hats?
Carefully. We don’t recommend buying infomercial dishwasher cleaning systems, it ruins the integrity of most hats. If needed, we recommend simply spot cleaning and air drying. If all else fails, just order a new one.

Do you have a brick and mortar store where I can check stuff out before I buy?
Not yet! But, you can always meet up with us in Southie and check out some gear. Shoot us an email at sales@bostonsnapbackcompany.com to set up a time and date to swing by – we’ll do our best to accommodate.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the usual suspects; American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay. We can also accept those same credit cards in-person if you meet up with us.
 
Do you have any discount codes?
We usually stay away from discount codes – our products are priced right, we don’t need ‘em. Every once in awhile we will throw out a free shipping code if we're in the mood, so follow us on Instagram for those codes.
 
I used a free shipping code, what shipping method is used?
When a free shipping code is available, we ship USPS First Class, which tends to be 2-3 day shipping. If you choose any other method at checkout, it will always revert back to USPS First Class.
