Order Processing

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to cancel an order, please reply to that email or contact us at sales@bostonsnapbackcompany.com. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or switch items and sizes.

Our hats are made to order, not mass-produced, so please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be shipped.  Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped from our South Boston warehouse.

 

Domestic Shipping

Boston Snapback Company ships all domestic orders with the United States Post Office (USPS).  We now ship using the USPS Ground Advantage rate, which includes insurance on the package up to $100. 

     

    International Shipping

    Boston Snapback Company ships international orders with USPS or DHL.  Customers are responsible for any/all Customs fees, duties, and/or taxes associated with the international order(s). 

    Shipping Estimates

    • Canada: Orders should arrive 7-12 days after shipment
    • International: Orders should arrive 10-18 days after shipment

     

    Note: Boston Snapback Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once in the courier's possession. Shipment issues should be directed to the courier.

     

    Return Policy

    AS OF MARCH 1, 2020, FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND FAMILIES, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID-19. IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED, IT WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. THIS APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS PURCHASED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, less shipping costs, within ten (10) days from the date of purchase.  The returned items must be in their original form – not worn, washed, or altered in any way.  Boston Snapback Company reserves the right to refuse a return is the item(s) shows any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.  Only items purchased at www.bostonsnapbackcompany.com can be returned.  Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.  Before shipping an item back, please email sales@bostonsnapbackcompany.com. 

    Once your return is received and inspected by Boston Snapback Company, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days to post to your account.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are not available for online purchases.
